My areas of expertise are brain tumor & skullbase surgery, the surgery of aneurysms and vascular malformations of brain and spinal cord. An absolute area of specialized expertise is peripheral nerve and plexus surgery, which I cover in its complete spectrum. Another field of mine is general and complex spine surgery. This reaches from simple disc herniations and spinal stenosis to extensive resection of spinal tumor with vertebral body replacement and stabilization. Frequently this is due to metastasis or unclear tumor.
